DESCRIPTION:Dear Families\, \nWe are excited to share the schedule for our Elevation End-of-Year Performance! \nDate: Friday\, June 12\, 2026\nDoors open at 6:30pm\nShow Time: 7:00 PM\nVenue: cSPACE Marda Loop\n1721 29 Ave SW\, Calgary\, AB T2T 6T7 \nArrival Time \n2:00 PM – Dancers Arrive at the Theatre \nPlease note that parents will not be able to watch the rehearsals or sit in the audience during rehearsal time. We would like families to experience the performance for the first time during the show. \nPre-Dance parents may assist and supervise their dancers from the dressing room area only. \nRehearsal Schedule \n2:15 PM – 3:15 PM\nSpacing Rehearsal (Acts 1 & 2) \nFor Rehearsals: \n* No boots\n* No pants over tights\n* No jewelry\n* No makeup\n* Pink ballet tights required\n* Nude bodysuit required underneath costumes \n3:15 PM – 3:30 PM\nSnack Break \nPlease bring: \n* Water bottle\n* Healthy snacks \n3:30 PM – 5:30 PM\nDress Rehearsal \nPlease arrive from home with your hair already done if possible. \nHair Requirements: \n* Center part\n* High ballet bun\n* Hair net\n* Hair spray and/or gel to keep hair neat and secure \nDinner\, Makeup & Warm-Up \n5:30 PM – 6:45 PM \nThis time will be used for: \n* Dinner\n* Makeup\n* Warm-up \nMakeup Requirements \nAll dancers must wear: \n* Foundation\n* Powder\n* Blush\n* Eyeliner\n* Mascara\n* Dark pink lipstick\n* Filled-in eyebrows\n* False eyelashes \nPerformance \n6:45 PM\nAll dancers must be in full costume and performance-ready. \n7:00 PM\nShow Begins! \nAfter the Performance \nBefore leaving\, all dancers are responsible for cleaning and organizing their dressing room station\, including: \n* Throwing away their garbage\n* Returning costumes to their hangers\n* Returning all headpieces and accessories\n* Leaving the dressing room clean and organized \nA Note to Our Dancers \nRemember that you are representing AA Classical Ballet School. We want to leave the best impression possible with the theatre staff and guests by showing excellent discipline\, respect\, and professionalism throughout the day. \nIf you need help at any time\, please do not hesitate to ask Ms. Yairelys or Mr. Jaciel. We are here to support you and make sure you have a wonderful experience. \nMost importantly\, enjoy every moment.
