At AA Classical Ballet School, we understand that homeschool families are looking for enriching daytime activities that support their child’s development—both physically and artistically. That’s why we’ve created a specialized Homeschool Ballet Program, designed to align perfectly with homeschool schedules while offering the highest standard of classical ballet education in Calgary.

This unique program allows students to receive professional dance training during the school day in a structured, creative, and supportive environment.

Program Overview:

Our Homeschool Ballet Program is open to boys and girls ages 5 and up, from beginners to experienced dancers. Classes are held during morning and early afternoon hours, making it the ideal choice for homeschool families who want a balanced routine that includes movement, discipline, and artistic growth.

Students learn from instructors with extensive professional experience, and train in a curriculum that includes:

• RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) method – a globally respected ballet syllabus.

• Vaganova technique – emphasizing strength, control, and elegance.

• An introduction to Cuban ballet technique – known for its dynamic, expressive style.

We focus on developing excellent technique, posture, musicality, and confidence, all within a nurturing, non-competitive atmosphere.
