Classes Included in Your Enrollment:

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)
It is a training system developed to enhance a dancer’s strength, flexibility, and overall technique through a series of exercises using a variety of props like a Pilates ball, resistance bands, and floor work. The method focuses on building core stability, improving muscle memory, and increasing the understanding of how the body functions in relation to ballet movements. PBT is often used as a supplementary training tool to support classical ballet technique, helping dancers develop strength, alignment, and control.

Stretching / Conditioning
Stretching and conditioning are key to a dancer’s growth, and each session will be personalized to meet individual needs. Stretching improves flexibility and prevents injury, while conditioning builds strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Tailored routines ensure dancers develop the strength and flexibility required for peak performance, while supporting long-term injury prevention and growth.
