Originally from Korea, Chloe Gayeon Lim is a ballet instructor trained in the Vaganova method and has been based in Calgary for the past six years. She holds Vaganova teaching certification for Levels 1–3 and is currently completing Levels 4–6 teaching certification.

Chloe trained at Universal Ballet Academy in Korea and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Performing Arts (Ballet) from a university in Seoul, South Korea. Her teaching is rooted in strong classical ballet technique, proper alignment, and a thoughtful approach to building each dancer’s foundation.

With over 10 years of teaching experience, Chloe has worked with students ranging from pre-schoolers to pre-professional and classical ballet competition dancers, as well as adult students. She has extensive experience teaching classical repertoire and variations, and enjoys coaching students for performances and competitions while supporting their growth in both technique and artistry.

Chloe’s teaching style is calm and detailed, and she loves helping students grow through consistent training and supportive coaching.
